Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy If the class is rescheduled or cancelled by Blue Tier, attendee may receive full refund via check or retain the full value of the course and apply it to any future course offering. If the attendee must cancel: Attendees who cancel 15 days or more from first day of the class will receive a full refund. Attendees who cancel between 7- 14 business days from the first day of class, will be charged 15% of the registration fee. Attendees who cancel within 7 business days or are "no shows" for the course, will be charged the full registration fee. Refund Method – Refunds will be granted solely to the customer on record who paid for the class(es) being refunded. Refunds for orders that were paid for with a credit card will be credited back to the original card. Orders paid for with cash or a check will be refunded by check.
