Course Description:

 

The Home Firearm Safety Course teaches students the fundamentals of firearms safety, proper storage, and basic Massachusetts firearms law. This course familiarizes the student with the Massachusetts License to Carry (LTC) application process. This course is approved by the Massachusetts State Police as a Basic Firearms Safety Course and fulfills the requirements under LTC-007.

Upon completion of this course, students will receive a Massachusetts Basic Firearms Safety Certificate. 

​

It should be noted that this is a non-shooting course. This course places an emphasis on creating a comfort level with firearms and how to properly handle them in a safe manner. For a starter level shooting class, please check out our Handgun Fundamentals Course.
